Further decorative masonry projects have been finished at the Mexico Pavilion within EPCOT.
Mexico Pavilion Themed Concrete
Previously,
concrete work had begun
Close to the entry of La Cantina de San Angel on the far side of the Mexico Pavilion’s pyramid structure, the newly laid concrete has a somewhat deeper orange hue when contrasted with the previous paving stones. Additionally, this updated surface features a rougher texture due to the incorporation of small gravel pieces and decorative fissures throughout each segment.

The Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros.
The previous walkway at the Mexico Pavilion featured a plain brown pavement lacking any thematic elements. Additionally, the older concrete was installed in a consistent square pattern, which makes it less cohesive with the pavilion’s theme compared to the newer paving.
The boundary between the new and old concrete along the guest pathway is quite noticeable. It’s probable that Disney will soon install additional sections of the newer concrete to achieve a smoother connection as you approach the Norway Pavilion.
