DIY Dream: Build the Simplest Outdoor Side Table in Minutes!

Frequently, I come across a do-it-yourself project that appears enjoyable and straightforward, only to end up in a mess with hot glue. However, this DIY outdoor side table does not fall into that category of crafting turmoil. Instead, it’s quite simple—basically, all you might have to do is grab some tools.

Liz instructs, ‘Head over to Walmart and monitor this hack.’ She adds, ‘This outdoor side table can be assembled in mere minutes using just three materials!’

Consider me intrigued, Liz.

Initially, Liz chooses a Better Homes & Gardens planter from Walmart, or to be precise, the

For $29.98 each, she mentions they are available in white, black, or blue. However, she could only locate the blue version, and I’ve managed to spot just the white one at my nearby Walmart. No worries even if it’s not your preferred color since you’ll be painting over it anyway.

Next, Liz takes hold of a Mainstays 16-inch pizza tray priced at only $5.97.

Up next, it’s time for painting. In Liz’s situation, she opted for a matte black spray paint from Rust-Oleum to overlay the current hues of her planter and pizza pan. To clarify, she applies the spray paint in two coats for each item.
