Situated close to the intersection of 25th Street and Rose Lane Road, this facility serves as a haven for individuals with special needs, allowing their full-time caretakers to take some time off when they require rejuvenation.

The founder, Sharon Chaudhuri, christened the establishment after her daughter, Asha, who tragically died at the age of 25 following battles with multiple health issues.

On Saturday, volunteers dedicated the entire day to planting trees and advancing their outdoor gardening initiative known as “Growing Connections.” This project serves as an additional means to enhance the well-being of their clients.

Chaudhuri informed First Alert 6 that this provides mental and physical advantages, and it also connects to aspects such as enhancing social abilities.

She mentioned, “After our garden is thriving and plentiful, we plan to invite the community every Saturday for their involvement, with our clients overseeing the process.”

Chaudhuri mentioned that the initial segment of the garden ought to be prepared by early June.
